Customer Service and Communications Director
Central Co-op's Madison Market is looking for a Director of Customer Service and Communications who will coordinate and oversee the Co-op's Marketing, Membership, Cashier and Store Support Departments. This position will provide strategic oversight for market research and development, oversight of marketing and public relations programs, development and oversight of customer service and cash accountability procedures, and oversight of educational and community outreach programs. May lead one or more self-directed teams.
