Regional Controller;Joie De Vivre Hospitality - San Francisco, CAJob Overview: Responsible for directing the financial activities of The Shorebreak Hotel and Hotel by performing and/or overseeing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned at any given time based on business trends/demands. This position will be based at The Shorebreak Hotel. Essential Job Functions: Complete timely month end closings Prepare financial statements Maintain accurate balance sheets Supervision of Staff Accountant who is responsible for A/P, AR and deposits. Process bi monthly payroll Maintain and collect Accounts Receivables Prepare hotel and sales tax and annual tax documents Ensure effective accounting controls are in place Train and manage employees, as required, including periodic performance reviews.
