The executive talent we seek will administer the ?agency? as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) according to policies, procedures, objectives, and directives of the Board and in accordance with the laws and rules of appropriate regulatory agencies including the Internal Revenue Code 501(c) (3) for non-profit, tax-exempt organizations and will provide forward thinking, proactive, and mentoring leadership to the ?agency? staff, vendors, and partners.
