Our Summer Intern Program offers to exceptional college and university rising seniors a unique opportunity to learn about the business world, management consulting, and The company. Through training sessions and informal discussions, you will be exposed to a range of business issues and management frameworks. Through active participation --and real responsibility-- on a live case team, you will develop "hands on" understanding of the day-to-day work of consulting. And through an attractive mix of social events -- Friday lunches with senior members of the firm, for example, as well as office parties, barbecues, a rafting trip, and a group off-site-- you will get to know a broad cross-section of your fellow Consultants.
