Analyst -CompensationAmerican Express - New York, NYThis position works closely with the Executive Compensation team to support day to day management, analysis and communication of American Express Executive Compensation Programs. The job responsibilities may include: 1. Managing the systems and detailed records of the plans/programs; coordinating with internal support and outsource vendors 2. Researching compliance related issues associated with the day to day administration activities 3. Proposing solutions to ensure plans are competitive and compliant 4. Interpreting plan provisions, researching plan documents to respond to business and/or participant requests, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 5. Coordinating with American Express Finance, Tax and Legal on accounting and regulatory aspects of these programs. 6.
