Job Description: Manage accounting and bookkeeping for a small business using QuickBooks Pro. Duties include, but are not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable (from generating invoices to recording client payments), bank reconciliations, year end tax preparation, employee time tracking and payroll. Additional responsibilities include administrative support, filing, copying, scanning, faxing, interaction with clients and answering phones.
