  The Associated Press seeks a Video Producer for its Entertainment group in the New York bureau. This Video Producer proactively covers entertainment stories in New York, primarily in video. The producer shoots, writes and edits entertainment stories using electronic newsgathering and production equipment. The producer also records events electronically at the scene of the story; writes and edits broadcast-style scripts and advisories to accompany pieces; writes and edits copy for the global news report; and conducts telephone and in-person interviews. The producer also edits audio and video, selecting the most newsworthy actualities, and voices live and recorded reports.
