IP Transaction Attorney PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The IP Transaction attorney will work to creatively close transactions with SAP partners. This attorney will be effective when independently responsible for transactions, and also when part of larger teams. In addition to transactions, this attorney will generally help SAP manage its IP strategy and risk through counseling and support of many groups across the company.
