TrainerResources For Human Development - Philadelphia, PAThe RHD Access Team is seeking a full-time TRAINER to support the training needs of RHD programs, with a concentration on Crisis Prevention and Intervention. This individual will be responsible for conducting the RHD Crisis Prevention and Intervention training program, researching and developing new crisis management programs to meet the individual needs of programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of crisis management training programs. Working with RHD's Risk Management Unit, this individual will also analyze incidents of staff injuries associated with consumer aggression and develop preventive measures for the RHD programs.
