**Registered Nurse-Adv Skills-Dialysis NurseKindred Healthcare - St Louis, MOAbout the Opportunity Candidate will deliver quality patient care by contributing to the nursing care-plan from admission to discharge. Specific responsibilities include: prepare assessment of patient's progress and keep family informed, monitor pain management procedures, participate in the discharge-planning process, ensure current and accurate patient documentation, and supervise ancillary staff members. Statement of Purpose: Coordinates dialysis treatments for all renal patients. Responsible for nursing assessments, participates in patient and family teaching. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel, assisting the nephrologist with necessary dialysis procedures.
