Customer Service/Ground Operations (Cross-Utilized) Agent JOB DESCRIPTION BASIC FUNCTION: This position is responsible for providing customer service to all customers, including scheduled or charter services. Responsibilities will also include ground operations, aircraft cleaning, security, operations and commissary duties as required.
