Direct Support Professional - CentralEsm - Augusta, MEAs a DSP at ESM you will spend most of your time working closely with the people we serve. The folks that are served by ESM have a variety of needs. Some of the people we serve need help with community assistance. For example completing their banking, shopping, or attending doctors appointments. Other individuals ESM serves may need a bit more assistance such as completing hygiene and helping with a daily routine.
