Client Services Analyst-Black Berry SupportValic - Houston, TXThe purpose of this position is to provide day to day support for Blackberry and Air Card devices. This would include working with the cell phone service providers for new accounts, terminations, troubleshooting and billing maintenance. 1. Deploying Blackberries to employees. 2. Upgrading Blackberries as needed. 3. Replacing broken Blackberries as needed. 4. Managing bill from service provider to maintain appropriate cost controls. 5. Maintaining accurate inventory records to track devices and corresponding charges from carrier. 6. Providing Level 3 support to the Helpdesk to resolve difficult Blackberry/Cell Phone issues. 7.
