We are currently seeking a full-time Social Worker for our Falls Church, VA location. This position will provide a wide variety of direct and indirect social work services to patients, caregivers and families. Qualified candidates will have an MSW. A DC, MD or VA LCSW and two years of Master?s level experience in an interdisciplinary healthcare setting are preferred. Experience in hospice or home health is desired.
