Construction Project Manager
Project Managers are needed for managing multiple large construction and design build projects. Customers are the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force, Army and Navy, U.S. Post Office, Escambia County, Walton County, Santa Rosa County, Okaloosa County, the local school districts in the Florida Panhandle and the local colleges. The objectives of these positions are to manage resources effectively and to increase project profitability. Project Managers are responsible for scheduling and should have prior experience analyzing complex CPM schedules using Primavera P3. Responsibilities also include subcontract buyout, conducting design reviews, coordinating with the on-site superintendent and subcontractors.
