Bilingual (Spanish/English) certified debt counselor (Employment is contingent upon obtaining valid NACCC certification. Certification costs paid by Cricket Debt.) ? Provides debt counseling to consumers that are considering filing personal bankruptcy. ? Issues Certificates of Completion to debtors upon successful completion of counseling. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Ensures clients have completed required pre-bankruptcy education course. ? Responds to incoming telephone calls from clients. ? Provides pre-bankruptcy financial counseling. ?
