Job Description - Maintenance Technician 95 530 NJohnson Controls - Dallas - Dallas, TXBoth positions (First and Second Shifts) are located in the Georgetown Facility. Salary Grade 53/54 Basic Functions: To effectively maintain machinery in assigned area and keep general plant and equipment in proper working order. Specific Duties: 1) Must set up and maintain equipment, complete with tooling, in more than one work area. 2) Required to provide assistance for development of new machinery or equipment. 3) Responsible for PM of equipment, racks, trays and tooling on a daily or scheduled basis. 4) Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose symptoms and effect repairs in JIT environment with very little supervision. 5) Responsible for checking and adjusting for acceptable quality levels. 6) Must know other maintenance special skills such as: welding, pipe fitting, lubrications,...
