Help Desk TechnicianUnisys - Reston, VA--Perform Tier I support (troubleshooting end-user computer issues received via telephone, email, or voice mail) and Tier II support (assisting end-users at their desk) on a help desk providing services for U.S. Government client agency. Respond promptly to end-user requests for assistance during a designated 8-hour tour of duty between the hours of 7:00AM and 11:30PM.
