Top Echelon Network - Springfield, MOKnowledge/Skills/Experience Required: 3-5 years of management experience in a processing manufacturing environment, that includes both electrical and mechanical, working with high-speed, mult-line packaging equipment. Knowledge of boiler operation, ammonia, hot work, sanitary welding, preventative maintenace is a plus but not required. Ability to problem solve using the combined talents of various individuals within the organization. Ability to understand departmental impact to overall plant budget, using information from reports to improve the plants performance relating to KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
