Assistant Professor -- Music Theory and CompositionNew School - New York, NYThis position is a Full-time, Tenure-track Position. The successful candidate will: teach courses in the two-year theory sequence for the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Jazz and Contemporary Music; teach courses within the candidate's area of expertise in Composition or Advanced Analysis; provide leadership with respect to standardization of the theory curriculum and other areas of the core studio requirements; and, assist in curriculum development within the (Jazz and Contemporary Music) School, as well as in development of General Music coursework University-wide.
