Counselor-ElementarySchool District of Philadelphia - Philadelphia, PA0486-E-School Counselor-Elementary Regular and Bilingual Summary Pennsylvania certified regularly appointed bilingual counselors who are appointed between September 1 and December 31 will be eligible for a $1500 bonus at the end of each school year he/she remains in a bilingual position.
