Youth Care Worker
Status:
Non-Exempt
Purpose:
To function as an integral member of a program team by serving as role model, parental figure, and educator to the youth in residence.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent, 18 years of age. Experience working with at risk- adolescents is preferred. An AA degree in human services or a BA in the field. Must have valid driver's license, proof of adequate automobile insurance and meet agency driving requirements.
Reportability:
The Youth Care Worker reports to and is directly accountable to the Residential Supervisor.
Scope:
This position has impact on all of the clients in his/her assigned facility. Occasionally, the Youth Care Worker will also have a direct impact on the clients in the Agency's other residential programs, as...
