Senior Credit SpecialistOakbrook Finance - Lemont, ILThe Senior Collection Specialist will perform a variety of tasks related to the collection of accounts receivable and maintenance of related records and files. Responsibility will include: Ensuring prompt payment of invoices by: Evaluating A/R aging reports Contacting customers past due until payment is received Developing proper and effective methods of communication with seriously past due accounts initiate credit hold on customer accounts to expidite payment Determine the point to utilize collection agencies Develop relationships with Customer Service Personnel to resolve customer issues.
