E*TRADE Financial - Alpharetta, GAReporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis will define, design, test, and deliver key metrics and incentive compensation drivers for the US Sales organization. Working closely with Finance, technology partners, and Sales leadership, will continue to improve the efficiency of delivery and degree of accuracy of existing data and reports. Will take the lead in driving changes in measurement needs for the Sales groups. Will be primary contact for incentive compensation metrics and measurement reporting for the US Sales organization.
