Help Desk Specialist ICitizens Financial Group - Atlanta, GAResponsibilities Provide on-going support to our merchant base concerning the technical operations of their POS terminal. Provide software support within the 24 hour call center. Specialists are responsible for the customers overall satisfaction by providing quality POS account management. Proficiently troubleshooting terminals with software or hardware issues, replacing terminals through STAR and sending processing supplies. Answer telephone calls, e-mails, and Web inquiries as an agent in an ACD call center. They will also be punctual for the start of their shifts as well as returning from breaks and lunches on time.
