STATIONARY ENGINEER - FTSpring Branch Healthcare CTR - Houston, TXThe Stationary Engineer is responsible for testing, balancing, adjusting, repair and operation of all types of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, including, but not limited to boilers, air handlers, chillers, air compressors, pumps and heat exchangers. Preventive maintenance program assignments as outlined by the Director of Engineering. Performs all as part of Plant Operations preventive and corrective maintenance. Must follow and adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations, as well as the HCA Code of Conduct and SBMC Performance Standards. Must possess a City of Houston (1st) grade stationary engineer's license. Must have a valid Texas Drivers License or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
