ASST. BEVERAGE MANAGER
Responsible for directing the staff of the Beverage Department according to established standards to provide maximum customer service and satisfaction while achieving financial goals. Duties include, but are not limited to: 1. Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures. 2. Identifies and defines business needs and implements solutions which may result in beneficial changes in the operation of the restaurant, improvement in the restaurants impact or interaction with customers, improvement in the restaurants ability to reduce or contain costs or generate additional revenue. 3.
