CounselConstellation Energy Group - Baltimore, MDTransactional Attorney responsibilities and duties will include: Providing legal services and expertise to support energy marketing and trading, business development and asset management activities Negotiating and preparing standard contracts and agreements, including EEI Master Power Purchase and Sale Agreements and ISDA Master Agreements; Working with Senior Counsel on drafting and review of documentation for larger structured transactions; and Assisting in due diligence relating to acquisitions as needed.
