Associate ScientistGenentech - San Francisco, CAThe Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) department at Genentech is seeking a highly motivated individual who will be involved in the design and execution of non-clinical pharmacokinetic studies. These studies will enable the selection of small molecule candidates and provide assessment of their ADME characteristics in support of drug discovery and development. This position will require knowledge of ADME, with focus on PK and PK/PD modeling. The individual will be involved in the following activities as part of their role: * Representation of DMPK at interdisciplinary project teams * Pharmacokinetic & pharmacodynamic data analysis and modeling * Support/report writing for IND and NDA filings Requirements: A PhD degree in pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism or other relevant field.
