Asst Vice President for Principal Gifts job in Omaha, NE

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred. Requires 10 + years experience. Some weekends and evenings and some overnight travel may be involved. Leads and manages the Principal Gifts department of four staff. Develops, implements and manages cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for approximately 300 principal gift prospects with gift capacities of $1M+. This position is directly responsible for 30-35 principal gift potential donors. He/she serves as a member of the University Relations senior team and will work closely with this group to create and execute strategies to achieve University-wide goals through philanthropy and endowment growth.
