Customer Advocate SpecialistDeVry - Oakbrook Terrace, ILThe position investigates and responds to customer inquiries and complaints that have been escalated to the DeVry Inc. executive offices. Responsible for monitoring complaint activity for all DeVry Inc. divisions and locations, and uses customer feedback to provide information for upper management to improve customer service levels throughout the organization.
