Contract Buyer

This is a long term contract-- Buyer will receive and validate incoming purchase requisition approvals for accuracy and completeness. This individual will negotiate with suppliers, create RFP and drive RFP process through supplier selection. The Buyer will obtain quotes from Marvell's Preferred Suppliers, or from additional suppliers as are needed. Buyer will utilize the Oracle on-line procurement application iProcurement for purchase requisition creation, approval, PO purchase. This individual will carry out other various tasks related to the specific needs of Marvell's Purchasing Department. The Buyer's work will be supervised by the Marvell Purchasing Manager.
