RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include review and approval of institutional, alternative investments and retail marketing materials, presentations and RFPs. Conduct testing to determine compliance with internal policy and external regulations for investment advisor. Maintain marketing files and perform periodic testing of, RFPs, intranet and internet web sites. Partner with line of business for ongoing identification and resolution of compliance matters. Conduct ongoing compliance testing, document and report the results as required. Participate on various business unit projects as directed. REQUIREMENTS: College degree. Strong PC skills.
