  Our client has a challenging and interesting role in their global compensation team. The Compensation Consultant will support a variety of areas reporting to the Director of Compensation. Required knowledge and experience for this position includes:Compensation Planning using Technical Software ToolsMarket Analysis, Survey Data Management, Job Evaluations (Hay Compensation Evaluation System knowledge preferred) Executive CompensationBase Salary Administration all levels from non-exempt to executive.
