The Resident Technician is responsible for performing repairs and conducting routine maintenance on microcomputers and peripherals owned by the University. This position is also required to work with the Loyola community in creating quotes, to maintain the website, and develop documentation. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; evidence of training in repair and maintenance of electronic equipment; three to five years experience in repair of Apple and Intel compatible microcomputers and related peripherals; certified in Apple and Dell computer support.
