SOCOM Senior Instructional Designer, Training Specialist
Designs and develops instructor-led, blended, complex interactive courseware for customer training. Ensures integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans. Converts complex level written materials and/or training requirements to interactive courseware. Develops flow diagrams and story-boards. Designs instructionally sound lessons in a variety of delivery media. Interacts with customer and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content. Develops manuals, workbook, and audio/video tapes and disc. Must be competent to work at the highest levels of all phases of instructional development.
