Assistant Director of Pharmacy
The director of pharmacy is responsible for all drug storage and drug preparation in the hospital. The director of pharmacy ensures that the pharmacy provides optimal services, meets all legal, accreditation and certification Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree or higher degree. Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in state of employment. Three to five years hospital training or equivalent training; one to two years in a management position or equivalent training; trained in general use of pharmacy computer systems; previous clinical experience; and advanced degree (pharmacy or business) is desirable.
