Avaya AnalystStanley Steemer - Dublin, OHPrimary Purpose: Responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the network and computer environments deployed. This includes managing and troubleshooting existing network and technical environments, and supporting a variety of software and hardware. Responsible to work closely with the employees and management teams to ensure that the telecommunication systems are supporting the needs of the business. Key Accountabilities: 1. Administration of all Telephony user accounts, mailboxes, voice mail, and extensions. 2. Maintenance of Telecommunications Network and office environment i.e. cabling, switches, UPS, VPN Phones, fax machines, Telephones and Mobile devices. 3.
