Sr Compensation & Benefits AnalystSymantec - Green, OHReporting the Snr. Manager, Compensation & Benefits EMEA, the Compensation Analyst for EMEA will be working closely with the EMEA HR Management Teams and the Corporate Compensation & Benefits Teams to ensure competitiveness of Symantec Total Reward Program in all EMEA countries. This position is responsible to provide market intelligence and analysis for all countries where Symantec operates in EMEA and make recommendations for changes as required. Specific Accountabilities On-going analysis of the competitiveness of our total reward program and policies in each country through participation in and analysis of external market surveys Assist EMEA HR Management Teams in establishing Job Families and Accountability levels for new or modified roles and maintaining global consistency.
