Senior Baker
Senior Baker is responsible for overnight baking. Also responsible for training, certifying and supervising other overnight bakers. Works directly with management in all aspects of daily operations including building and fostering teamwork. Ability to communicate effectively with management staff and bakers. Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel between cafes. Must be available between 8pm-7am.
