Manager, Financial/SEC ReportingRobert Half Finance & Accounting - Phoenix, AZWe are seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting for a publicly traded Phoenix based client. Responsible for monthly consolidations. Oversee the annual and quarterly external financial reports, including SEC filings, profit sharing plan financial statements, financial attachments to the quarterly earnings release, and certain other external filings. Oversee all monthly and quarterly internal management reporting and analysis, including quarterly financial reports prepared for senior management and the Board of Directors. To be considered an Accounting or Finance degree is required. 5+ years of public accounting and/or financial reporting experience required. CPA strongly preferred.
