  Job Location Detroit, MI Responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction Maintain, replace, and repair NXTV equipment at customer sites Troubleshoot issues at customer sites Interface with hotel staff, educating them about NXTV products and services and returning feedback to NXTV management On-call for helpdesk three days per week outside of normal helpdesk hours only Limited ( Qualifications Must have reliable vehicle, a good driving record, and insurance Intermediate knowledge of computer configuration for networking Good oral and written communication skills Detail oriented Able to exercise independent judgment, stay cool under pressure, and meet deadlines IT experience, training, training development, and/or bilingual English/Spanish a plus Contact: Company: NXTV Inc Contact: Matt Strum Email:...
