In this role, and under minimal direction, the successful candidate is responsible for working with the client and members of account team to develop and implement Service Continuity Management services in line with the contract. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to coordination and development of interoperability of IT DR services between enterprise data centers; management of the client*s IT DR planning and testing activities, both during DR planning & testing activities, as well as in the event of a true disaster; management of Data Center account COOP, Contingency and Business Continuity plans and activities.
