  TEKsystems is looking for Desktop Support Technicians. Candidate will be responsible for: -Respond to and resolve problem tickets assigned by the Desktop Support Center requiring deskside support / resolution within the designated Service Level Agreement (SLA). -Log and track all customer questions and problems through resolution in Managenow; escalate customer problems by following documented escalation procedures. -Conduct problem troubleshooting using documented procedures, knowledgebase documentation, and available tools. -Record problem symptoms, status, and resolution information. -Communicate severe problems and expired SLA targets to Desktop Support center management. -Monitor Desktop Technology problem tickets to ensure problems are being addressed within guidelines and provide status...
