ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Upon arrival, greets and assists guests by helping unload luggage from vehicle and transporting to their room, personally carrying the luggage or using a luggage cart. Upon departure, assists the guest by transporting luggage from room to lobby, and helping the guest load luggage into vehicle. Responds to guest needs by promptly delivering, in person, laundry, newspapers, iron & ironing board, additional linens, etc. Maintains written log, recording these requests and deliveries.
