ParalegalFirst Niagara - Lockport, NYReporting directly to our General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, the incumbent will be responsible for providing legal support to the First Niagara legal department, and will interact with board members and committees, internal customers and outside counsel legal in this position. The position will also assist in the preparation of various SEC filings, board and committee meeting materials, corporate records for the holding company and its subsidiaries and be involved in corporate governance, regulatory and M&A matters.
