Entry Level Support Specialist
Key responsibilities for the Support Specialist include but are not limited to supporting computer users with installation of hardware/software and networking components to meet personal computer needs. Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with individual computers as well as multiple computer systems. Assists with computer studies, projects, and implementation of policies throughout there assigned area. Researches and analyzes current hardware and software quotations, ordering info and other purchasing information.
