Research Analyst 3929Interactive Data - New York, NYCandidate will be working in the Listed Market Department of the Pricing and Reference Data Division. Their primary purpose will be to analyze, interpret, and summarize written source documents and prospectuses. Therefore, the candidate should ideally have a competent knowledge of, and experience working in, the Corporate Actions industry. They will input a variety of Voluntary Corporate Actions, including but not limited to, tenders, exchanges, odd-lots, consents, merger (and elections), reorganizations, splits name changes, stock dividends and distributions.
