RESPONSIBILITIES: The Securities Registration Analyst administers the process that ensures Wachovia Securities Associates are properly licensed and registered with applicable federal, state, and regulatory organizations. An example of these licenses is the Series 6/7/63. The analyst assists associates in the preparation, processing and maintenance of their securities, investment advisor and commodity registrations. They also work with representatives of the various regulatory organizations. The position involves obtaining and coordinating a large volume of detailed information relating to an individuals previous registrations, as well as their application for a new registration.
