Customer Service Rep - EcommerceGuess - Louisville, KYTo provide customer service to our Internet consumer base as well as Guess in-stores customer service. Essential Functions: To answer and manage inbound/outbound telephone calls, emails, letters and return customer messages. Assist customers with order entry or to take orders for customers as needed.
